Written by the people who walk it. The contents list in section 05 is generated from the headings of the route description — nothing in it is typed by hand.
Collapsed to depth two. Sub-headings open on hover, and every link scrolls to its heading.
Park at the second forestry gate, not the first. The first is a working yard and the gate is locked at 17:00 without warning.
Six spaces on hard standing. Do not block the turning circle — timber lorries use it on weekdays and they will not wait.
Forty minutes of good track, then the path deteriorates into peat. In wet weather add twenty minutes and expect wet feet inside the first hour.
Scrambling starts at the second cairn. The rock is sound but polished in the obvious places; the honest line is usually a metre left of the shine.

Yes. The Table of Contents widget in Sky Addons for Elementor reads the headings already on the page and builds the list from them, so nothing has to be written twice. Edit a heading and the entry updates; there is no shortcode and no manual list to maintain.
Whichever you select. Heading Selectors is a multi-select covering h1 through h6, and div, span and p for pages whose headings are not real heading tags. An Ignore Selector field then excludes anything matching a CSS class, which is how a repeated card title stays out of the list.
Yes. Each widget has a Parent Selector naming the container it should read, defaulting to the whole Elementor area, so several instances on one page each track their own section and ignore the rest. This demo page runs five at once for that reason.
Yes — the entry for the heading in view is marked active as the reader scrolls. The Headings Offset control sets how far down the viewport that detection line sits, defaulting to 100px; raise it to match a sticky header so the active entry does not switch too early.
Yes, with separate switches for desktop, tablet and mobile, plus an offset and a z-index. One thing to watch: sticky positioning fails if the parent container has overflow set to hidden or auto, and the widget sticks within its parent’s height — a short column releases it early.
Three, each with its own style section: Minimal for a plain indented list, Accordion for collapsible heading groups, and Timeline for a vertical rail with the entries running alongside it. An optional marker adds bullets or numbering in any of eight list styles.
Yes. Collapse Depth decides how many heading levels stay open: 0 collapses everything, 6 shows every level, and the default of 1 opens only the branch the reader has reached. Expand on Hover, on by default, opens a group when the cursor rests on its parent.
Because the anchor scrolls to the exact top of the heading. Set a negative Scroll Offset roughly matching your header height — around −80 for a typical bar — and the heading clears it. Animation Time controls how long the scroll takes and defaults to 420 milliseconds.
Yes, and the setting for it is on by default. The Inner Containers switch tells the widget to look inside relatively or absolutely positioned wrappers, which Flexbox Containers create; turning it off is what makes a container-based page return an empty list.
