It always cross-fades, and the layers inside each slide travel at different depths as it does — the image drifts least, the text block most. The Flow Slider widget in Sky Addons for Elementor has no effect chooser for this reason: the flowing fade is the widget.
Through a strip of category labels beneath the image, not thumbnails. Each label is a slide, clicking one flows the panel to it, and an underline marks where you are. Optional prev and next arrows sit alongside if you want a second way in.
Two by default. The Columns control is per device and ships four on desktop, three on tablet and two on mobile, with anything from one to six available. The label strip is itself a small carousel, so extra labels stay reachable by swiping it.
Yes. A slide with a Link set turns its label into a real anchor, with the external-target and nofollow switches Elementor gives every link field. Slides with no link keep the label as a plain slide trigger.
Yes. Source offers Default Repeater or Dynamic Posts. On Dynamic Posts the slide title is the post title, the label is the post first category, the text is the trimmed excerpt and the whole slide links to the post — with a word count you set for the excerpt.
No, autoplay is off until you switch it on, and Pause On Hover only applies once it is running. Autoplay Speed defaults to 5000ms and Slide Speed to 2000ms, both entered in milliseconds rather than seconds.
No — looping is fixed on in the Flow Slider, because the label strip and the panel are kept in step by a looped Swiper. If you need a slider that stops at the last slide, use a Sky Addons slider that exposes its own Loop switch.
At any of nine anchor points — three across the top, middle and bottom — with its own left, centre, right or justified alignment and a maximum width set as a percentage. An Image Overlay colour sits between the picture and the text for contrast.
Yes. It needs no Elementor Pro licence and no other slider plugin; it does require Sky Addons Pro, which is where this widget lives. Everything from the fade timing to the label underline is set from the Elementor panel.
The underline has its own thickness, colour and hover colour, and the label text carries three separate colours for normal, hover and active. Turning the label off keeps the strip working as navigation — the slides stay clickable, they simply lose their captions.
