A post carousel for Elementor with a large image and overlaid title — bold, full-bleed browsing through your articles.

their blog posts up to date with the latest trends.
Every entry lists the crew size and the shoot length. Work stays up even when the client has moved on.
Crew size, shoot length and who cut it — printed on every entry, including the jobs that ran over.
Shot on a 40mm and mostly handheld. We light for movement rather than for stills, and we cut on the walk.

The card swaps its contents. Category, title, meta and excerpt slide up 20px and fade away while the Read More button rises into the same space and fades in — they share a single grid cell, which is what makes the exchange land in place rather than resizing the card. The travel runs over 0.8s on a soft easing curve.
Because the slide is a full-bleed photograph and a plain white headline cannot be trusted against an unknown picture. The Ultra Carousel gives the title a solid white panel with black text and 6px of padding instead, so contrast is guaranteed whatever the image behind it. Long unbroken words wrap inside that panel rather than spilling out of it.
360px, and unlike most Sky Addons carousels that value is exposed as an editable Height slider preset to 360 rather than baked into the stylesheet. The frame needs to be definite because the content is absolutely positioned against the bottom of the image, so raising it gives the gradient more room and the headline more air.
Because Ultra ships them off. Show Author, Show Date and Show Text all start switched off on this widget while Show Read More starts on, so a default slide is a picture, a category, a headline and a button. Turn any of them on in Additional; the meta row is only printed at all when the author or the date is enabled, so nothing leaves an empty gap behind.
Yes. Set Columns to 1 so a single post fills the track, raise the Height slider, and the full-bleed image with its gradient and white headline block becomes a hero. Keep Loop and Autoplay on for a rotating feature, and consider Centered Slides with two columns if you would rather show the next story peeking in at the edge.
It is worth knowing about. The button only appears on hover, and a phone has no hover state, so on touch the card usually stays in its resting form. Nothing becomes unreachable — the image and the headline are both links to the post — but if the button’s wording is doing real work for you, a widget that shows it permanently, such as the Naive Carousel, is the better fit.
Yes. Pagination has a vertical position slider as well as left, centre and right alignment, so the bullets can be pulled up off the baseline and set over the dark foot of the slide, where they read as part of the design rather than as a control strip underneath it. Idle and active colours are separate, which matters over a photograph.
Yes, and it gains controls when it does. With WooCommerce active, Product appears in the Source list, and choosing it reveals three extra options — show all products, only those on sale, or only featured ones — plus switches to hide free products and hide anything out of stock. The category pill then reads the product category rather than the blog category.
No. The Ultra Carousel comes with the free Sky Addons for Elementor plugin and does its own querying and its own card markup, so there is no loop template to design first and no Pro theme-builder licence involved. Everything on this page was built on Elementor free.
Same overlay card and the same hover swap; the arrangement is what changes. The Carousel gives every post an identical 360px slide, up to six across, with arrows and bullets. The Grid drops the Columns control for four fixed layout presets on a six-track grid, where two of them make some posts wider than others, and adds pagination.
