The agreement between you and wowDevs for using skyaddons.com and for buying, activating and getting support for Sky Addons.
These terms are the agreement between you and wowDevs, the company that builds, sells and supports Sky Addons. They cover this website, the free plugin, Sky Addons Pro licences, the templates library and our support. Please read them before you buy — by using the website or our products, you agree to them.
Sky Addons is a product of wowDevs. In these terms, “wowDevs”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean wowDevs, the company that develops, sells and supports Sky Addons. “You” means the person using the website or our products, or the company or organisation that person acts for.
These terms apply to skyaddons.com (the “website”), the free Sky Addons for Elementor plugin, Sky Addons Pro and its licences, the templates and blocks library, your wowDevs account and our support (together, the “services”). Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy a licence.
Sky Addons for Elementor is free and distributed through WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later (GPLv3+). You can use it on as many sites as you like. It is provided free of charge and without any obligation to provide support, although we help where we can through WordPress.org and our documentation.
Buying a Sky Addons Pro plan gives you a licence key. An active licence key lets you download Sky Addons Pro, receive updates and get support on the number of sites your plan allows:
One site is one WordPress installation, identified by its site URL. You can move a licence by deactivating it on one site (Sky Addons → License → Deactivate) and activating it on another. Plan limits are written for production websites; if you need a staging or local copy covered, ask support before activating it there.
The plans, prices and features shown on the pricing page when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order. To upgrade, open a ticket at wowdevs.com/support with your licence key.
Lifetime plans are paid once and never renew. “Lifetime” means for as long as we continue to develop and distribute Sky Addons Pro — not the lifetime of a person or a website. If that ever ends, the copy you have installed keeps working.
Sky Addons for Elementor, the free plugin on WordPress.org, is licensed under GPLv3 or later. Sky Addons Pro is also licensed under the GPL, like other premium WordPress plugins. When you buy Pro, you pay for a licence that gives you updates and support, as described below. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the GPL gives you over the software.
What you pay for is access: the licence key, Pro downloads, automatic updates, the templates library and support. That access belongs to the customer who bought it. You must not share, publish, sell or give away your licence key or account, or use a key on more sites than your plan allows. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly, resold or used beyond their limits.
Copies of Sky Addons Pro obtained from anyone other than wowDevs — for example “nulled” or “GPL club” downloads — get no updates, security fixes or support, and may contain malware. Anyone redistributing the software may not use the Sky Addons name or logo.
The GPL does not cover our names and logos, the website’s content, documentation and screenshots, or the images, illustrations and designs in our templates, unless we say otherwise.
You can use templates and blocks from the Sky Addons library to build websites for yourself and for your clients, on any number of projects.
You must not resell or redistribute the templates themselves — for example as a template kit, theme or collection, or on a marketplace.
Images, photos, illustrations and videos shown in templates and demos are placeholders for preview only. They may belong to third parties and are not licensed to you. Replace them with content you have the right to use before you publish a site.
Prices on the pricing page are shown in US dollars. The final amount, including any tax, is confirmed at checkout.
Orders are processed by FastSpring, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. FastSpring takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. FastSpring’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card details.
Discount codes are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and cannot be applied to past orders. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Yearly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically every year and are charged to the payment method used for your order, at the renewal price shown when you bought, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time before your renewal date by emailing [email protected] or opening a ticket at wowdevs.com/support. When you cancel, your licence stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After it expires, Sky Addons Pro keeps working on your sites, but updates and support stop. You can renew whenever you want them back.
If the renewal price changes, we will tell you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.
Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires. See our Refund Policy.
Every new Sky Addons Pro purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be sent by email from the address used for the purchase. How it works, and what it does not cover, is set out in our Refund Policy.
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — it is usually much faster. While a chargeback or payment dispute is open, we may suspend the licence connected to it.
An active licence includes support for installing, configuring and using Sky Addons, and for fixing bugs in our code. Response times shown on the pricing page are targets we work to, not guaranteed deadlines.
For quick questions or an urgent problem, you can also message us on WhatsApp at +880 1305-999933. Our team works across different time zones, so we reply as soon as we can, but WhatsApp has no guaranteed response time. Tickets and email remain our official support channels. Never send passwords or licence keys over WhatsApp.
Support does not include custom development, custom code or CSS, designing your website, or fixing problems caused by other plugins, themes, hosting or third-party services — although we will point you in the right direction where we can.
If you give us access to your site for troubleshooting, please create a temporary account for us and remove it afterwards. We may stop providing support to anyone who is abusive towards our team.
We update Sky Addons regularly and aim to keep it compatible with current versions of WordPress, Elementor and PHP. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin or hosting setup.
We may add, change or remove features, widgets and extensions over time. Always keep a backup, and test major updates on a staging site before updating a live website.
Keep your wowDevs account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed it without your permission.
When you use our website, products and services, you agree not to:
Apart from software licensed under the GPL, the website and its content — text, graphics, screenshots, videos, documentation and template designs — belong to wowDevs or our licensors.
“Sky Addons”, “wowDevs” and their logos are our brand names. You may use them to describe your use of our products (for example, “built with Sky Addons”), but not in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you, or as part of your own product, company or domain name.
Sky Addons is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Elementor Ltd. or the WordPress Foundation. Elementor and WordPress are trademarks of their respective owners.
Some Sky Addons features connect your site to services run by other companies — for example Google reCAPTCHA, Google reviews, Facebook and Instagram feeds, IP-based country detection and form webhooks. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for your API keys, for following their rules and for any fees they charge. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.
When you use Sky Addons on your website, you decide what information your forms, login pages and integrations collect from your visitors. You are responsible for that information, for your own privacy policy and for getting any consent the law requires.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, that they will suit a particular purpose, or that they will work with every theme, plugin or server. You are responsible for backing up your websites.
Information on the website, including feature lists and documentation, is provided in good faith and may change without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
If you use our products for business purposes, you agree to cover wowDevs against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, the content of your websites or your misuse of our products. This does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your licence or account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms — for example by sharing licence keys, committing payment fraud or abusing our team. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
If we end a licence because you broke these terms, we will not refund the remaining period, except where the law requires. Sections that by their nature should continue — such as intellectual property, disclaimer and limitation of liability — continue to apply after termination.
We may update these terms when our products, prices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the website before it takes effect. Changes do not apply retroactively.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly that way.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
