Ten to twelve weeks from the day you sign off the drawings, and we will not start the clock until you have. Doors are the long pole — they are sprayed to order in Barnsley and that alone is five weeks.
Both. We have four fitters on the payroll and they do about seventy per cent of our kitchens. If you have your own joiner that is completely fine and the price drops accordingly.
Photograph it before you sign the delivery note, then send the photo. Replacements for damaged panels go out within three working days and we do not ask you to send the broken one back first.
Until the doors go into spray, yes, and at cost. After that a door change is a new door. We will always tell you which side of that line you are on before you decide.

Yes. Sky Addons for Elementor has a WhatsApp Button widget that builds a standard wa.me link, so tapping it opens WhatsApp with your number already loaded. It works on free Elementor, needs no WhatsApp Business API account, and there is nothing to connect or authorise.
Yes, and it can name the page they were reading. Sky Addons’ WhatsApp Button widget accepts placeholders for the page title, post title, site title and page URL inside the message text, filled in on the server — so an enquiry arrives already saying which product or article prompted it.
Yes. Add agents as repeater rows, each with a name, role, avatar and its own WhatsApp number. One agent opens the chat immediately; two or more turn the popup into a pick-an-agent list. An agent can also be marked unavailable, which hides them without losing any of their settings.
Yes. Set a weekly schedule and Sky Addons for Elementor decides open or closed against the site timezone from Settings, General, swapping the status text and relabelling the chat button. A closing time earlier than the opening time is read as running past midnight, so night shifts work correctly.

Yes, automatically. The corner setting in Sky Addons’ WhatsApp Button widget is expressed as start or end rather than left or right, so an Arabic or Hebrew layout mirrors it without a second widget, and the tooltip is placed on whichever side is away from the screen edge.
Yes. Switch on click tracking and Sky Addons for Elementor fires an event with a name you choose to Google Tag Manager, GA4 and the Meta pixel — whichever of them is already loaded on the page. Nothing is installed for you, so a site with none of the three simply sends nothing.
The title, greeting message, chat button wording, an optional tooltip and a typing indicator are all panel controls, with separate style sections for the button, the popup and the tooltip. Sky Addons for Elementor also lets you hold the card open while editing so it can be styled without clicking it each time.
